Dear students! You can prepare your reports on the one of the following themes:

Block 1 - Administration of justice on civil and arbitral cases.

 

1. Consumer’s rights’ protection.

2. Evidences through the civil and arbitral processes.

3. Representation in the civil and arbitral processes.

 

                                           Block 2  - Administration of justice on criminal cases.

 

1. Peculiarities oа conducting of the proceeding in the cases of minors.

2. Adversary character of the judicial process.

3. Proof in the criminal process.

4. Appeal from judgment.

 

                                           Block 3 - Administration of justice in the international courts.

 

1. European Court of Human Rights.

2. International Military Tribunal.

3. International Arbitration.

4. Legal force of the international courts’ decisions.
